Support when you need it.
Every Veevo journey is supported by much more than a vehicle and a driver. Our shared, multi-occupancy services are carefully planned and supported by experienced people, specialist vehicles and systems designed to keep every journey safe, reliable and running smoothly.
From route planning and passenger requirements to vehicle maintenance, staffing and the unexpected, we put the support in place behind the scenes so the people travelling with us can do so with confidence.
A fleet designed for accessible travel
Our fleet of fully accessible minibuses is designed to support passengers with a wide range of mobility needs.
Vehicles include secure wheelchair restraint systems, specialist lifts and flooring, and additional safety grip handles to help make boarding, travelling and disembarking as safe and comfortable as possible.
Our vehicles are Garda Carriage Office approved.
Experienced, highly trained people
Our drivers and Travel Care Assistants are trained to provide safe, respectful and dependable support to the people who travel with us.
Our team undergoes appropriate driver and TCA qualifications and advanced training, along with Garda vetting, Safeguarding, and Children First training.
Expertise behind every journey
Behind every Veevo service is an experienced team planning and supporting each journey.
Our specialist schedulers use their knowledge of route planning and design to create services around passenger needs, timings and destinations, while our customer service team provides knowledgeable, experienced support when it's needed.
A dedicated Fleet Manager oversees vehicle maintenance, servicing, compliance and roadworthiness, helping us identify and resolve issues before they can affect a service.
Built-in capacity for reliability
We deliberately build spare capacity into our fleet and staffing rather than running our services at full stretch.
Specialist accessible vehicles and trained staff can't always be replaced at short notice. By planning for additional capacity, we're better able to respond to vehicle downtime, staff absence or unexpected demand without disrupting the people who rely on us.
For our passengers, a missed journey can mean a missed appointment, a lost day at work or education, or being unable to attend a day service. Building resilience into the way we operate helps us provide the reliable, consistent service people depend on, day after day.
Technology that keeps things moving
Our cloud-based systems help us manage schedules, dispatch and journey monitoring across our accessible transport services.
By connecting the information our teams need day to day, we can manage routes efficiently, respond quickly when circumstances change and help keep every journey running smoothly.
Compliance you can count on
Safety and compliance are fundamental to how we operate. Veevo works within the requirements of the National Transport Authority, Road Safety Authority and Department of Transport, with the appropriate Road Passenger Transport Operator’s Licence and insurance in place.
It’s another important part of providing a professional, safe and dependable service for everyone who travels with us.
